8-10 Figs cut in half
4 Tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 cup pistachios
Black Tidal Salt to taste
Heat oven to 350. Place figs on parchment lined baking sheet. Drizzle with maple, sprinkle rosemary and a big pinch of Black Tidal Salt. Toss it all up with the pistachios. Roast for 10-15 minutes until soft and tender.
