Berry Salt Seared Pork Tenderloin

2-3 Tablespoons Tidal Salt Berry Salts

Ground black pepper to taste

1-2 Pork Tenderloins

Canola and Vegetable Oil for searing

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.  Thoroughly coat all sides of the pork with the salt and pepper. Really rub it on.

Heat oil in an heavy bottomed oven safe skillet. You want it really rippling hot just before smoking. Sear all sides of the pork for 3-4 minutes per side.

Move pan to the oven and roast for an additional 12-15 minutes.

Allow pork to rest on cutting board for at least 7 minutes before cutting to give the juices a chance to redistribute.

Slice into medallions and enjoy!

You can service this over a salad for a healthy summertime dinner or pair with mashed potatoes and broccoli for something more traditional

The pork will be so tender, juicy, and well seasoned, that you don't even need a sauce!!
