Maple Tidal Salt Roasted Salmon & Brussel Sprouts

Soooo..... here's the thing.... this dinner turned out so tasty and with a new baby in the house we basically inhale our food when we get a minute to eat. I never took a picture of this one, but trust me, it was tasty as all hell...

Maple Tidal Salt Glazed Salmon 
1 lb salmon
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic minced
Big pinch black pepper
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
2 Tablespoons Maple Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients and marinate salmon for 30min-1hr. While this is going on, get your brussel sprouts ready (Recipe below)

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees. Place salmon on greased cookie sheet flesh side up and sprinkle generously with Maple Salt.

Bake 20min until flaky.

Maple Tidal Salt Roasted Brussels Sprouts 
1 Lb Brussel Sprouts trimmed and cut in half
1/3c olive oil
Maple Salt and pepper to taste

Toss all ingredients together and spread evenly on greased cookie sheet. Roast in preheated 400 oven until firm but tender, roughly 45 min ... be sure to toss halfway through for even browning.

Serve them together - feel free to add some brown rice if you are feelin frisky
