This one is pretty exciting and we've been working on it for a long time. "Black Rocks" is a black lava salt and adds a refined smokiness to your pantry. Traditionally, black lava salt was made with volcanic charcoal in places like Hawaii, Cyprus and Iceland, however that tradition has been replaced with the modern method in which activated charcoal is mixed with fleur de sel. It's well paired with halibut, tuna, swordfish, potatoes, brussel sprouts or just about anything you can come up with! We've been asked about making this salt from day one and it's pretty cool to be able to offer it to you.
