Colin grew up in Antigonish, Nova Scotia and, after completing a BA at St. Francis Xavier University he moved to New England to work as a social worker. A few years later he moved to Ottawa and dipped his toes into the world of off-site catering. Since returning to Nova Scotia he has pursued the idea that with a little hard work and some vision we can revitalize our economy through entrepreneurship and community building.
Audrey grew up in Maine and Michigan. Working in everything from ranches in Colorado to catered events in the House of Commons in Ottawa she brought her diverse skill-set in everything food & events to Nova Scotia. Audrey is an expert in developing food ideas that are focused on letting the meal speak for itself. She has now turned her attention to showcasing Tidal Salt's products and is the person to talk to if you are interested in joining the Tidal Salt family of vendors!
